I was disappointed with my experience at the Ukrainian Centre for Common Ground. The workshop I attended lacked structure and failed to create an engaging environment. The facilitators seemed unprepared and unable to facilitate meaningful discussions. I hope they improve their workshop formats to provide a more valuable experience for participants.
