Leasing phones from this company was not the best ...

Leasing phones from this company was not the best choice for my business. Over a month I have been dealing with them to fix our phones and they kept pointing to WiFi or internet issues. One of my phones was hardwired and still wouldn t work, so that would eliminate that as the issue. Excessive phone calls and emails to get them to just come out and fix them. I run two businesses and have a family and all they wanted was to talk to ME on the phone. My time is very valuable and they did not respect that. Only contract with this group of you have time and energy to give to work with them to fix problems with their equipment and if you are willing to learn the ins and outs of phone systems and troubleshooting. My business was significantly affected by their inability to just come during normal business hours to set up and/or fix our phone issues. They aren t cheap either.
