The application just doesn't work, every time I try to log in, to access insurance information, see a policy or ask questions, I can't log in, I have to call the SAC, every time I need to ask questions or have access to the policy, so it becomes difficult, because if such an application never works, the insurer would be obliged to send policy and card of the insured person in physical form and simply decimate this application, which only serves to make the insured angry! !!! In the URA, he asks the insured to inform the CPF, but even informing CPF in the IVR the insured is obliged to inform the attendant, so why have to inform the IVR? Another thing that does not work in this insurer !!!
