The Vietnamese Association in Singapore is doing a decent job in bringing the Vietnamese community together. I have attended a few events organized by VAS and they have always been well-organized and enjoyable. The team behind VAS works hard to create a sense of belonging among the Vietnamese living in Singapore, which is commendable. Keep up the good work!
