Service department did not fix it right the first ...

Service department did not fix it right the first time ...on three separate occasions! They are unwilling to refund or give a break for not fixing it right. I've paid to have the same thing fixed 3 times now and they keep charging me for something different each time that still doesn't correct the problem. Thanks for nothing, Troncalli. I went somewhere else and they knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it the first time. They said it was a typical problem with Dodge trucks. Why wouldn't a dealer know that? I'll never come back. And, based on my repeated problems, I probably wouldn't buy a Dodge again either.
