I am a long-time customer of O'connor nurseries ltd. and I must say, their service is simply average. I have been buying plants and flowers from them for several years now and I have had mixed experiences. Although the quality of their products is generally good, I have had a few instances where some of the plants I bought didn't survive. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but sometimes their response time can be a bit slow. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
