Reinstated membership because I found out this loc...

Reinstated membership because I found out this location has a steam room. Too bad it doesn t work. Sat in there 30 minutes straight 4 days in a row and only saw steam once. Families pay at least $100 a month. I hope that the money goes back into the Y, including maint. Went to report it to front desk and the agent basically blamed the members and then told me I could tell the maint man if I wanted. What? I ll give this place a few more weeks to repair but I m out if they don t. That s the only reason I m coming here.
