I had a mixed experience with Onat indústria e comércio de produtos eletrônicos ltda. The quality of their products is excellent, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had some issues with a faulty item I purchased, and it took them a long time to resolve the problem. However, once they were aware of the issue, they were helpful and eventually replaced the item. Overall, I would say they are an average company with room for improvement.
