The service I received at Downes opticians was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. The optometrist was very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I'm very happy with my new glasses and would definitely recommend Downes opticians to my friends and family.
