I had a mixed experience with Kassanis+thomas ltd. Some aspects of their service were good, but others were quite disappointing. The communication was prompt and professional, which I appreciated. However, the quality of their products did not meet my expectations. I expected better craftsmanship considering the price I paid. Overall, an average experience.
