Approach with extreme caution would be my advice. I used Crowley Associates to represent me on a 4 dwelling development in Sheffield in 2015/16/17. There seems to be an outright hostility between Susan (who used to work for SCC and who seems to have a score to settle) and SCC planning dept. If your application is outside Sheffield it may be different, but I also found the ever shifting sands of advice being offered very difficult and expensive to navigate. I have thought long and hard before writing this review, but would really not want anyone else to go through what I did.
