I have been a customer of Cobaco smart home for a while now and I must say their service is average. Although their website is user-friendly and they have a decent range of products, their customer support is lacking. Whenever I have had an issue, it took them a considerable amount of time to respond and resolve the problem. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
