One of the worst experienced with a business owner...

One of the worst experienced with a business owner I've ever had. After having my floor damaged by his crew, when I had clear before and after pictures of the damage. This man spent over 45 minutes double talking me about the readiness of my garage floor instead of discussing solutions. I was interested in purchasing other furniture from them and looking for a credit towards that but was met with arguing and a defensive attitude from the jump. I had been a customer since 2002 and now regret it. Beware of any owner who is so dismissive of his customers and more interested in showing how smart he is than finding solutions for a customer who just paid $400 for his services. Thanks to Denise for at least giving me my triangle back which didn't make it off the truck...another thing he wanted to argue about.
