I recently rented a tuxedo from a formal wear company for a special event, and I was disappointed with the overall experience. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. The tuxedo itself was of mediocre quality, and it didn't fit me well. I had to make adjustments myself, which was frustrating. I won't be returning to that company again.
