I have had rotten luck with appliances since I purchased my first house 10 years ago. I've run through thousands and thousands of dollars on new appliances and only just discovered Tri City through my mother who sang their praises. My just over a year old Maytag, stainless steel dishwasher stopped working. A mom with two new twin girls and tons of bottles, I literally cried thinking of the money I'd have to spend on a new one or the time it would take to have someone repair it. Tri City's attention was immediate. They sent someone right out. Identified the problem and made the necessary repairs.

I cannot say enough how wonderful they were! I will definitely be using them again!
