I have been a customer of this power cooperative for a while now, and I'm quite pleased with their service. The power reliability is impressive, and the rates are reasonable. Even during severe weather conditions, they manage to keep the power on. The website interface could use some improvements, but it's not a major issue. Overall, I would recommend NELPCo to others.
