If I could give 0 stars I probably would give 0 stars. This company is terrible, I wish my mortgage was not transferred to them, I am thinking about even paying the extra 0.5% increase in interest rate to switch away from them. They are absolutely terrible with their phone and internet service. The customer representatives have no idea what they are doing, who I am, they constantly ask the same question and transfer me from one representative to another. When you have a home mortgage with a company this disorganized it s scary and I am always scared and nervous.
