I recently moved into a home in the Colonial Estates neighborhood and I have been very pleased with the homeowners association. They have been responsive to any concerns I've had and have addressed them promptly. The community is well-maintained and there is a sense of pride among the residents. The association does a great job of keeping everyone informed of upcoming events and changes within the neighborhood. I have already met some wonderful neighbors and I am looking forward to being part of this community for years to come.
