ZEST is an absolute disgrace and DO NOT bother to go!!!

the service was awful, the manager was rude, hot chocolate and cappuccino were served cold and when i complained saying that i would walk out without paying for the food/drink which had things missing from each of our dishes - the manager said you cant do that but will deduct 50% from the bill but then tried to charge us for the two hot drinks (which were cold) when the waiter said he would remove them from the bill and i paid the manager exactly for what we had said "you are not allowed to pay us what you think you like in this place" well we did and have complained to the Chief Executive of JW3 about their attitude.

Social Media - do your job and not allow them to carry on trading.
