Horrible customer service. Noone to answer the phone to talk to when they ask to meet at 645 at some random place, they tell you to email them. Why have a phone number? Didnt even go on the ride because we couldn't find the people to meet up with, who knows if they cancelled it or if they'll even hassle about a refund of the money. I do not advise using this company. Save yourself the stress. Go hike it for much less
