I had a mixed experience with Tissx. The website was easy to use and had a good selection of products, but the customer service was average. It took a while for them to respond to my queries, and they weren't very helpful. The delivery was timely, but the product I received had a defect. I had to go through the hassle of returning it. I hope they improve their customer service.
