Quick service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. This is my go-to local UPS store. I have to go in here for business errands weekly and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always quick to take & send out packages. Out of the countless times I ve been here, I ve never had to wait in a line longer than 2 minutes (that is, if there even is a line!). Also their prices are competitively lower compared to other UPS stores in the area. I ve gone to the UPS store off Pacific Park and LaPaz and was charged $1.99 for the same package/bag that I always buy from this location for only $.60! One UPS store employee explained that each location may vary their prices based on the owners, so be aware that prices may change when visiting different locations. I will continue to visit this store location (in Aliso Viejo, next to Ralph s) with ease, knowing I receive a better deal on prices and continue to receive convenient service.
