Service consultant Dave is great, really good at translating customer issues into useful information to the tech. Chad is the tech who has always worked on my boat for some reason, which I really like. His work is second to none for both electrical and motor diagnostics and repair. They were always very upfront with findings, quotes and never tried to "sell" me on anything that wasn't necessary; I trust this place completely with my sled.
