Parkys smokehouse is an average place to grab some barbecue. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptional either. The ribs were tender, but lacked flavor. The pulled pork sandwich was alright, but needed more sauce. The sides were decent, but nothing special. Overall, I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars.
