The civil service, the working people are quite nice but the organization is catastrophic. They lost my son's file 3 times in the end I never managed to get his identity card. I'll go do it in another Town Hall. The worst part is that I managed to make my passport but they had to make another mistake, they mentioned man instead of woman.
