I have mixed feelings about 2 Nd Street Encore. While their prices are affordable and there are often good finds, the store can be quite disorganized at times. The staff is usually friendly, but I've had a few encounters where they seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, it's a decent place to shop, but with room for improvement.
