I have been a customer of Selective Chartists for a few months now, and I must say their service is average. While they do provide some useful charting tools, the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. The website is a bit outdated, and it can be difficult to navigate. But the biggest issue for me is the lack of customer support. It takes forever to get a response from their team, and when you do, it's not always helpful. I hope they can improve in these areas.
