I had a mixed experience with a company that provides orthopedic products. While the quality of the products was good, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive my order and they were not very responsive to my inquiries. However, once I finally received my order, I was satisfied with the products. If they improve their customer service, I would consider ordering from them again.
