I recently used The Eye of Kiev for a sightseeing tour and I must say it was an average experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm. The company's website was easy to navigate and booking was a breeze. However, I expected more from a renowned company like The Eye of Kiev.
