I had a rather average experience at Waves Apartments. The location was convenient, but the apartment itself lacked proper maintenance. There were several issues with the plumbing and electricity that took weeks to get fixed. Additionally, the noise level from the street was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at night. The management was not very responsive to these concerns. Overall, I wouldn't highly recommend Waves Apartments.
