I recently stayed at Wright hotels for a business trip. The overall experience was average. The room was clean and comfortable, but the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit indifferent and not very helpful. The location is great, with easy access to the city center. However, the WiFi was slow and unreliable. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected more from a reputed hotel chain like Wright hotels.
