I had a dental appointment at PRATS, LORENZO M DMD, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was professional and attentive. They took their time to explain the procedure to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The office was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received.
