The services provided by this condominium owners association are nothing short of average. While they are sufficient in meeting basic needs, there is definitely room for improvement. Communication could be better, and there have been a few instances where I felt my concerns were not adequately addressed. However, the staff is friendly and approachable, which helps make up for some of the shortcomings.
