I have been using Contap, Inc for a few months now...

I have been using Contap, Inc for a few months now and I must say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the features they offer are decent. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my queries and even then, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, my experience with Contap, Inc has been okay.
