I have been attending Pukka Pilates And Physical Therapy INC for a few months now and I must say it's been a life-changing experience. The trainers are highly knowledgeable and skilled. The workouts are challenging but enjoyable. The studio is clean and well-maintained. I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and flexibility since starting. Highly recommend!
