I have been living in Bella Vita Of Old Naples Condominium Association, INC for over a year now and I can confidently say that it has been an average experience. The community is well maintained and the amenities are decent. However, there have been some issues with communication and maintenance requests taking longer than expected. Overall, it's a decent place to live but there is room for improvement.
