I came to get my new engagement resized and was originally told that it would take 1.5 weeks later. I found out I would need it sooner and frantically called, asking if there was any way to get my ring earlier. Jessi was tremendous and helped make sure that I could get my ring in time before the holiday season, and she genuinely seemed committed to getting my ring to me early.
