Silkroadexpo is an average company. The website silkroadexpo.com is easy to navigate and the product selection is decent. However, the customer service could use some improvement. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a while to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, I would say my experience with Silkroadexpo was just average.
