Pros:

The Smarthouse team were friendly and polite. The directors were happy to show me around their Melbourne based Call Center giving me a chance to meet their staff members.

Prices are very reasonable (and competitive) especially for the level and quality of service you are getting.

Open feel, modern minimal design.

They offer an annual smoke alarm service and 24 month carbon monoxide service

I love how they assign you your own business development manager, it makes things easier.

Cons:

Their office is located on a main road however there is plenty of parking around on side streets.

Tip:

try going after 9 and before 2:30 to avoid peek hour traffic
