I have been a customer of Nippon Color & Design Research Institute for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they offer a decent range of products, I feel that the quality is not always consistent. Additionally, their customer service can be a bit slow at times, which can be frustrating when you have urgent requests. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement.
