I have had mixed experiences with the Manchester Housing & Redevelopment Authority. On one hand, the staff has been helpful and professional. On the other hand, some of the properties are in need of major repairs. I have also encountered issues with maintenance requests not being addressed promptly. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in their services.
