I have been working with Fusion IT Solutions for the past year and my experience has been average. The company provides decent IT solutions, but their customer service is lacking at times. The response time for support tickets is often longer than expected, and there have been instances where our issues were not resolved satisfactorily. However, they do have a knowledgeable team and have helped us overcome some technical challenges. Overall, I would rate them as average.
