I recently traveled with Cox & Kings and it was a good experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. The customer service was decent, although they could have been more proactive in addressing some concerns. The tour itself was enjoyable, but there were a few areas that could have been improved upon. Nonetheless, I would consider traveling with Cox & Kings again in the future.
