Since Monday July 20,2020 they upgraded their system. It's a total mess the whole order execution takes for ever . The app is buggy and slow. Each order that I place goes through a lot of nonsence errors, i.e. you have no buying power (although I have more than enough cash) to you are placing an order more than your allowed short. I never short stock. I tryied to call them but no one answering no matter how long you stay on hold. I've been using their platform since they started it. IT HAS NEVER BEEN MESSY LIKE NOW!!!!!! I have lost a lot of money because of this mess.
