I had a mixed experience with Picture Tree International GmbH. While their film selection is quite interesting, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were times when I had to wait for weeks to receive a response to my inquiries. This lack of communication was highly frustrating. However, once the issue was resolved, the overall experience was satisfactory.
