very very very bad service, I ordered books online...

very very very bad service, I ordered books online for rental, my total was 90 dollars for everything. A few days later I found out that I got charged 152, thank you to my bank that they sent me a notification about this and reported this to UCI bookstore immediately. They said they don't have those rentals and are charging me for the new books that's why the I got charged 152. My question is!!!! if you don't have the book then don't charge people!!!!!!!!!!! Don't show them the options!!!! Some people get charged when their account balance goes below a certain figure and which is what happened to me. I have to pay a penalty to my bank fr something that I am not responsible for...... Disappointed!!!!
