Jetsetter is a decent travel website that offers a good selection of hotel deals. The rates are reasonable and the booking process is straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had an issue with my reservation and it took several phone calls and emails to get it resolved. Overall, it's an average experience.
