Avis is an okay company. I rented a car from them for a weekend trip and the overall experience was decent. The car was clean and in good condition. However, the customer service could have been better. I had to wait for a long time at the counter and the staff seemed a bit unprofessional. It would be great if Avis improves their customer service.
