Horrible company, terrible "customer service", laz...

Horrible company, terrible "customer service", lazy, unprofessional workers who walked right on my child's play mat with their dirty drywall covered boots without giving me a chance to move it. Workers didn't finish our suite properly, didn't finish the paint.

The workers were extremely rude and unprofessional, would leer at me as I walked by, making comments, they made racist comments in the elevator, making fun of our Asian maintenance man. Would have music on and be laughing loudly and making rude inappropriate comments right outside our 24th floor window at 8am which were quite audible to me and my child and husband.

The worst however was when they were just outside the window and I had gotten up not fully dressed and when I noticed that a piece of the curtain was tucked back, I saw one of them pressing their face in the glass with a creepy lewd grin creeping me! I can't get the gross smile and how his face was peering way in like that. It was pressed against the glass. Then they were laughing.

They left a huge, purposeful paint slop on our new patio door on the outside, which we couldn't remove for months while they doddled on the deck replacement. They were months over estimate on their projected work and I can't underline enough how unproffesional the whole company is from the top down.

Their phone lines are all messed up when you call and not set up correctly, hangs up when you press to leave a message. When I called to complain about the workers behaviour they were rude and condescending and didn't offer any help, in fact were hostile. Terrible company. It left such a bad taste in my mouth I had to come here to warn others.

The worst was the men always laughing as they would peer in our windows on the lift. They were always young men who were peeping and laughing rudely and making obscene and demeaning comments while having no sense of professionalism or decency or respect for residents privacy.

It was like the only joy they got from the job was terrorizing residents with their aggressive and loud behaviour. They seemed to derive joy from harassing us and when I yelled at the one dude to stop peeping that day, they targeted us after that, being extra loud and talking back etc. Stopping at our floor unecessarily, not even doing work, just mocking us and laughing. Horrible. Never go with centra they are the worst. Zero professionalism, bottom of the barrel staff. Ye been warned..
