My experience with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami was somewhat disappointing. Although I appreciate the initiative, it felt like the mentor assigned to me was not an ideal match. The communication was lacking, and I didn't feel a strong connection. I believe the organization could improve the matching process to ensure better outcomes for both mentors and mentees.
